Unfortunately, our home delivery program is currently at capacity and we are not accepting new applications.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible you must meet all of the below requirements:

  1. You have a disability or health condition that prevents you from coming into NourishMKE to pick up groceries.
  2. There is no one available that can come to a NourishMKE site to pick up groceries on your behalf.
  3. If there is someone available who could pick up groceries for you, they can be your ‘proxy’.
  4. You live within our service boundaries, zip codes 53204, 53215, 53223, 53224, 53225, 53205, 53206 and 53208. Please contact us to be added to the waitlist.
  5. We are a low-income program, available to people whose income falls below a certain guideline. While we do NOT require proof of income, you will be asked about your income. Please be truthful.
