Empty Bowls wouldn’t be the fun event it is without the generosity of many local talented chefs and restaurants. Each year we invite a diverse line-up of restaurants representing a variety of flavors and cultural backgrounds, in addition to showcasing some Milwaukee favorites and some “rising stars”.
